Best Care Canada Caregivers

Best Care Canada has been operating for over 5 years, during this time we built up an amazing team of Caregivers. Our team is made up of Personal Support Workers, Developmental Support Workers, Housekeepers, Companions, Recreation Support Workers, and our Care Management Team. All of our Caregivers are bonded, insured, and have clean criminal records to ensure our clients safety.

Best Care Canada is a locally owned and operated agency who understands the unique needs of Northern Ontario Clients. Our Care Management Team assigns caregivers to clients based on skills required, personality, and individual needs of the client to ensure the best possible matchmaking.

Jeanine Belluz Witiw, Owner

Born and raised in Thunder Bay Jeanine has been in Home Health Care Management for over 16 years. She understands the unique needs of our community and surrounding areas. Through her time in management, she thought of ways to improve Home Care Services by making them fully customized for each client. She decided to create Best Care Canada as a “one stop shop” for home and community care, making sure everyone’s needs are met. Jeanine ensures all Best Care Clients are getting the care service they need and deserve. 

Gloria McFarlane, Office Administrator 

Gloria is the friendly voice you will hear when you contact Best Care Canada. Her role as Office administrator since 2015 includes scheduling, client assessments, preparing client budgets and human resources. Gloria will make sure the clients and caregivers are matched to provide the best caregiving experience possible. Gloria will book client appointments and organize outings, work with other agencies to provide seamless care for our clients.
