Best Care Canada Covid 19 Response

During these challenging times and the unknowns involved with the Covid-19, our team at Best Care Canada want to reassure our clients that steps are being taken to assure that our caregivers are following protocol to protect from spreading the illness to our vulnerable clients. 

Everyday we screen our caregivers for Covid-19 symptoms. All our professional in-home caregivers are equipped with masks, gloves, and PPE. Caregivers at Best Care Canada are trained to constantly wash their hands and follow all the Covid-19 protocols.

We keep our client/caregiver ratio low and screen any clients and or people in the home to be safe. We understand that as professional home-care workers we play an important role in keeping our seniors and people at risk at home and out of a hospital setting.

We will keep everyone updated as protocols change and any updates from Thunder Bay Health Unit.
